order-obituary-list-monitor

  • List Monitor allows you to maintain and update your list with a regularly scheduled run against our Exclusive Obituary Database and/or the Social Security Death Master File (SSDMF).

  • Choose the frequency of the reports (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, daily) and you can even add and remove names to your list between scheduled reports.

How It Works

1) Your File is Submitted
Place your order and submit your list in an Excel file by Email or SFTP. In addition to the Fields below, your input file can include up to 9 more non-matched fields that will carry through to your Output/Results file to help you identify your matches and keep your data synchronized.

Search/Match Criteria to Include on Your File
Column Headings Obituary Database Social Security Death Master File (SSDMF)
First Name obituary-list-feature obituary-list-feature
Last Name obituary-list-feature obituary-list-feature
Date of Birth obituary-list-feature obituary-list-feature
City of Residence obituary-list-feature
State of Residence   obituary-list-feature
Social Security Number (SSN)       obituary-list-feature

2) Your Data is Matched
ObituaryData.com will run your file through three rounds of matching against our Obituary Database and/or the Social Security Death Master File. The input file must include the required fields for each round as shown below. If you do not have a particular field required for a matching round, you will not receive results for that round. You will receive results for those rounds for which you have the data. For the most complete results, it is recommended to run your file against both databases.
Matching Rounds
Obituary Database Social Security Death Master File (SSDMF)
Round 1 First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth
Round 2 First Name, Last Name, City, State Social Security Numnber (SSN)
Round 3  First Name, Last Name, State

3) Your Results are Delivered!
Within 24 hours, your Results file will be returned in Excel format to you using FTP or SFTP. Your original records will be carried over to the results file along with any matches from each round for easy viewing. Each round will be separated on a different sheet/tab on your results file.
